This is Weber Elementary named for longtime educator and principal Fanny Weber of Mathis TX, and opened in 1952-1953. The school was state of the art at that time with a large cafeteria and attached gymnasium/auditorium. The Harlem Globe Trotters performed at Weber Elementary School in 1955!
